About Us

Tammie (Wylie) Myles MA, B.Msc., CEO
Mother Earth Whispers, namely Tammie Myles CEO, has over 30 year’s experience working in Indigenous communities across Canada. Since 1996, Tammie’s consulting company works nationally with those impacted by trauma, abuse, and most recently an instructor for the University of Toronto with the Masters in Social Work Previously working for reconciliation between the Catholic Church and Aboriginal people in Canada, providing a solid foundation in communication, leadership, and conflict resolution. Achieving an MA Degree in Leadership and Training, enhancing her ability to expand in Leadership and Organization Development by aligning valuable lessons learned through action research and in previous intensive personal development work. Further, embedding Indigenous knowledge, and developing an innovative approach to leadership, mindfulness, and personal development to build strong teams adds to the ineptness of her abilities. Additionally, her past work comprises of Management of a large Non-Profit agency for many years bringing proficiencies of strategic planning, budgeting, program development, and design, curriculum development, instructing online learning, supervision, program evaluation, proposal writing, and contract management. These past experiences, working with youth in many capacities and raising four children as a single parent, deepens her understanding for the need for compassion, mindful reflection while being present to the evolution of trends as the intergenerational impacts linger in our currently demanding world.
